Delivery

We deliver across Europe, including Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Every order is carefully packed and sent with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times are shown on each product page. Rugs made to order may take longer; we will always tell you before you pay.

Orders to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway may be subject to import VAT and customs fees charged by the carrier on delivery.

Returns

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it. Write to us first so we can send you the return address. Items must be unused and in their original condition. We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the return, using your original payment method. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
