Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR). Delivery costs are shown before payment. Payment is taken securely by Revolut by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed.

Handmade products

Our products are made by hand. Small variations in colour, size (up to about 3 to 5 percent for rugs) and pattern are part of their character and are not defects.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. See Delivery & returns for how to send items back.
